New Verizon customers should call to see if their home is eligible for Fios service. All we need is your new address.

If your home is eligible to receive Fios services, it’s simple to make the switch to Verizon:

  • After you confirm your eligibility for Fios, choose the plans and services you want in your new home. Our customer service representatives can help you decide which plans fit your lifestyle best.
  • Schedule your installation and activation date.
  • On the day of installation, make sure your electricity is turned on and that you know where you’d like to place your router and modem.
  • Sit back and enjoy Fios® TV, Fios® Internet and Fios® Digital Voice!

Professional Verizon installation is an option with your Fios purchase. However, you also have the option to install the Wi-Fi; router and equipment yourself with Verizon’s self-install kit.

If your new residence is Fios-ready, you can choose to install the equipment yourself or have one of our professional technicians come to your home. As a general rule, we recommend that you order your service and set up a two-week lead time to have Fios installed in your home.

I’m an existing Verizon Fios customer. Can I move with my Verizon Fios services?

If you’re an existing Verizon Fios customer, you may be able to transfer Fios service to your new residence. If your new home is already set up to receive Fios service, you can pack your router and other electronic equipment for easy setup.
